THE 28TH DAY FASTING REFLECTION
Whoever wants to be special, must be able to do something special and at that special time anyway. So, also for who wants to pick up the Glory during the act of devotion of fasting period is by carry out Good Deeds, among other Tarawih (=nonobligatory evening prayers direct after Isyah prayer<Evening obligatory prayer>, during fasting month) Prayer.
Later after we leave the act of devotion of fasting, the way we pick up the Glory can be proceed by carried2 out the Tahajud prayer on the night, which is not difficult to be conducted.
The Tahajud prayer is the custom of the pious people before us, and Rasulullah Muhammad ever said that the best mankind is those who conduct Tahajud prayer in diligent and continuous.
Allah Said :
“O you who wraps himself in clothing (Muhammad),.... Arise to pray the night, except for a little.... Half of it - or subtract from it a little”.[Al-Muzzammil 1-3]
“INDEED, YOUR LORD KNOWS, [O Muhammad], THAT YOU STAND IN PRAYER ALMOST TWO THIRDS OF THE NIGHT OR HALF OF IT OR A THIRD OF IT, and so do a group of those with you. And Allah determines the extent of the night and the day. He has known that you [Muslims] will not be able to do it and has turned to you in forgiveness, so recite what is easy for you of the Qur'an. He has known that there will be among you those who are ill and others traveling throughout the land seeking something of the bounty of Allah and others fighting for the cause of Allah . So recite what is easy from it and establish prayer and give zakah and loan Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah . Indeed, Allah is Mighty Forgiving and Mighty Merciful”.[Al-Muzzammil 20]
Tahajud prayer is the main prayer next to the Fardhu (=oblige) prayer.
Allah Said :
“And from part of the night, pray Tahajud with it as additional worship for you; it is expected that your Lord will resurrect you to a praised station”.[Al-'Isrā' 79]
Their night period were use for Munajah(= prayer whole heartedly to Allah to expect Compliance, Forgiveness, Help, Hidayah<=Allah's Guidance>, etc) to Him, especially when in the one- third last night, approximately between 01:00 a.m. & 04:00 a.m.
Allah Said
:
“Indeed, the pious will be among gardens and springs,....Accepting what their Lord has given them. Indeed, they were before that doers of good....They used to sleep but little of the night,.....And IN THE HOURS BEFORE DAWN THEY WOULD ASK FORGIVENESS”.[Adh-Dhāriyāt 15-18]
Rasulullah also said that in the night there is a time, if someone ask a goodness on earth, for sure Allah will provide his/her request. And this is valid every night.
Therefore make a habit to wake up in night day and Munajah to Him in the silent of the night, beg favor on Earth and in the HereAfter.
Allah Said :
“IS ONE WHO IS DEVOUTLY OBEDIENT DURING PERIODS OF THE NIGHT, PROSTRATING AND STANDING IN PRAYER, FEARING THE HEREAFTER AND HOPING FOR THE LORD MERCY OF HIS LORD, IF ONE WHO DOES NOT? Say, "Are those who know equal to those who do not know?" Only they will remember who are people of understanding”.[Az-Zumar 9]
Mighty Right Allah with all His Words.
Allah Said :
"And indeed the Holy Quran, it is a remembrance for you and your people, and you all are going to be questione".[Az-Zukhruf 44]
“We have certainly sent down to you a Book (Holy Quran) in which is your mention. Then will you not reason?”.[Al-'Anbyā' 10]
Convey the main of the Tahajud prayer to the kins who has not yet perform it; May this could become a virtue charity unto itself for the pertinent conveyor.
