FACE THE TEST OF LIFE PATIENTLY
It is written in the Holy Quran that we have to face examinations and trials on Earth. No one can not be rid of it. Therefore patience and a lot of despair is required in facing it.
Allah Said :
"Say : "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves by sinning, DO NOT DESPAIR OF THE MERCY OF ALLAH. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Mighty Forgiving and the Mighty Merciful."".[Az-Zumar 53]
"O my sons, go and find out about Joseph and his brother and DESPAIR NOT OF RELIEF FROM ALLAH. INDEED, NO ONE DESPAIRS OF RELIEF FROM ALLAH EXCEPT THE DISBELIEVING PEOPLE."".[Yūsuf 87]
Examinations and trials that came repeatedly against mankind life is one of the provisions that have been set by Him. No one of us is able to banish these provisions, and patient is very required to face the hurricane ordeal that attack.
Allah Said :
"O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and BE PATIENT OVER WHAT BEFALLS YOU. INDEED, ALL THAT IS OF THE MATTERS REQUIRING DETERMINATION".[Luqman 17]
"And how many a prophet fought and with him fought many religious scholars. But they never lost assurance due to what afflicted them in the cause of Allah , nor did they weaken or submit. And ALLAH LOVES THE PATIENT".['Āli `Imrān 146]
Patience will keep us away from bad thought attitude to all His provisions, and be convinced that Allah does not bring down various calamities but as the exam upon our faith.
Allah Said :
"Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such trial has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until even their messenger and those who believed with him said, "When is the help of Allah?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near".[Al-Baqarah 214]
“Alef Lam Meem.....Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried?”.[Al-`Ankabūt 1-2]
Mighty Right Allah with all His Words.
Allah Said :
"O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, PERSEVERE AND ENDURE AND REMAIN STATIONED AND FEAR ALLAH that you may be successful".['Āli `Imrān 200]
"We have not sent down to you the Holy Quran that you be distressed;.....but only as a reminder for those who fear Allah".[Ţāhā 2-3]
May all of us are able to be patient in facing all kind of the trial of the Life on Earth as the form of our Faith.
